Apr 19 2007, 3:37 PM EDT Orange County CERT members are encouraged to complete Incident Command System (ICS) training at levels 100, 200, and 700. Incident Command System training was developed by FEMA for persons involved with emergency planning, response, or recovery efforts. All CERT members should have working knowledge of ICS.
